I grew up on this soda when I was a kid. I was trying to find it about 6-8 years ago. I wanted to introduce it to my kids. It is a difficult soda to find in California. Different from most "punch" type of soda, it has a unique punch taste and not as sweet as Hawaiian Punch. (i like hawaiian punch so don't get me wrong) 2 years ago, my sister-in-law found 2 liter bottles of Tahitian Treat in a chinese market in the Bay Area and picks up as many bottles for me when she can. Hard part is, it's not always available at the market. It would be great if the 7up/Dr. Pepper would put it on the shelves again to relive our childhood memories! My kids got to taste this soda and they too love it as much as I do!

I loved this fruit-punch soda as a kid. As an adult, I've looked for it in stores several times over the years but could never find it. I tried other fruit punch drinks, but missed the flavor and the fizz (it's carbonated) of Tahitian Treat. Finding it available through Amazon.com was a real treat. I guess I'm getting older since I'm waxing nostalgic over a soda, but I love the taste of Tahitian treat and it brings back fond memories as well.

Tahitian Treat was "the soda of choice" when I was growing up.The closest thing to it is Albertson's Fruit Punch soda.The only people who know about it are the 70's & 80's generation if you was in the south and midwest as far as I know.They still sell it in Dallas.

I was so happy I was able to find Tahitian Treat online. I've been looking for it forever. I first had it at school in Ohio, but never saw in the stores and I really can't find it in Northern New Jersey anywhere. I really enjoyed it and it brought back great memories from when I was younger!

This soda is probobly the tastiest soda on the planet. Anytime I give a taste of this soda to anyone who has not tasted this before, they are usually shocked at how delicious it is. This is probobly as close as anybody would get to the mythological ambrosia (nectar of the ancient greek gods).
