Dirty Sue is an excellent alternative to draining olive jars. It has a good taste and there are no longer several jars of olives without juice sitting in my refrigerator.

I tried dirty sue for the first time last week and I asked myself why wouldn't this be available in every bar and restaurant I visit? From this day forward I will never drink a dirty martini unless it is made with Dirty Sue!
Every one who reads this and agrees should ask their local bartender to please carry this phenomenal product--we want our dirty sue.

Dirty Sue Dirty Martini Mix solves the age old problem of how to get enough olive juice flavor to create the perfect dirty martini. Not only do you have a ready supply of the key ingredient, but it is also far more intense in flavor and superior in taste to what's in your jar of olives. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Whether you're using this in a recipe, a drink, or to freshen up your pallette, it tastes just like olive juice. Not oily, but maybe a tad too salty.

I have finally found the correct Olive Juice mix for the perfect Dirty Martini.
No more searching for olives with the juice I could use.
The "broth" is not overly salty and adds a great taste.
