4 out of 5 stars Surprisingly Refreshing and Very Good   August 4, 2008
C. George (Seattle, WA USA)
Coconut water and me do not mix. I have tried all of the brands out there and was very satisfied with this flavor mix. I know all about the health benefits and try to drink one a day. Much better for you than Sports drinks! If you drink too much alcohol, try this the next morning, it will help with the recovery! This flavor mix was very tasty and does not have a coconut after taste. It has the Passion fruit taste throughout the whole experience. I would recommend since the price is lower here on Amazon!

5 out of 5 stars Kidney stone wonder   July 13, 2008
D. Black (Illinois)
This juice is a wonderful rehydrator. Some people swear by it's ability to help dissolve kidney stones. I've been using it for that purpose for over a year and have not had any more stones. Drink it regularly. It tastes great cold.

5 out of 5 stars Good for you and tastes good too!!!   June 24, 2008
Bread Makin' Mama
Bought this to replace gatorade and all the other sports drinks that are loaded with sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors and all that other junk. This is so satisfying to drink and doesn't make you sick, you can feel the difference when you drink something so good. Lovin' it!!!!

3 out of 5 stars People Read The Ingredients!   January 19, 2008

I've noticed people saying that Vita Coco is better than sugary soft drinks or Gatorade....

If you'll just compare the Nutrition labels...you'll see that the Fruit flavored Vita Coco's DO have sugar added, in the form of Cane Juice, thus giving it 23grams per serving.

Gatorade has only 14 grams of sugars.

Should you drink Gatorade or Coke instead. No. But if you're going to drink coconut water, then choose only Zico or O.N.E since they have no added sugars, even in their flavored versions.

PS...squeeze a squirt of lime into your plain coconut water and it's really good.....

4 out of 5 stars nutritious, decent taste   January 15, 2008
L. Bonnaillie (U.S.A.)
The cononut water does feel refreshing and satisfying. And it is ho-so nutritious and good for you (supposedly)! However, I think that the passion-fruit flavor clashes a little... It's not bad, but it could be better; in my next order I will try a different flavor.
Also: it doesn't come with a straw, so it's a bit messy to drink... Please add straws, Mr. manufacturer!
